Our experience in preparing and handling sales of property by Auction is deep rooted and goes back to the origins of the firm. We continue to hold regular sales of property by auction, our two principle Venues being the Manor Hotel in Yeovil and the George Hotel in Crewkerne although from time to time we do venture elsewhere. With many types of property a Sale by Auction can produce not only a very satisfactory price but also means that a binding sale is quickly achieved as the fall of the hammer constitutes the contract. With the majority of Auctions completion of the sale takes place only 28 days later. Our directors and staff have many years experience.
